The Horizon Project by Canadian Natural Resources will create direct employment of about 25,000 person years and is expected to employ roughly 7,500 workers during peak construction. At full operating capacity, the Project will employ approximately 2,400 people.
Canadian Natural sought Xpan to help educate potential employees from around the globe. An email newsletter was generated to tens of thousands of individuals interested in working in Fort McMurray. The success of the campaign resulted in a massive increase in online traffic to current job postings at The Horizon Project.
